Shangu Magnetic Bearing Turbo adopts 5 DOF active magnetic bearing and high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and the world’s leading turbo mechanical technology.
The blower is directly connected by high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-efficiency three-dimensional flow impeller, which is characterized by no contact, no friction and no lubricant, completely eliminating transmission loss; the impeller is made of high-strength aluminum / titanium alloy, tested by 100% X-ray inspection and 115% over speed test to ensure efficient and reliable operation; the blower realizes intelligent control of frequency conversion, which can realize local and remote control; the whole machine adopts skid mounted mechanism, compact structure and easy installation.

CORE TECHNOLOGY

Magnetic Bearing Controller

  • 1. A high-power frequency conversion speed regulation system wih completely independent intellectual property rights. The measure defficlency of the frequency converter (output power/input power) is as high as 98%.
  • 2. Adopt DSP + FPGA active control system, taking advantage of DSP’s fioating·point destruction capability of tens of thousands oftimes per second and FPGA’s large-scale data processing capabilithy.
  • 3. The motor control system, magnetic levitation control system and complete electrical control system can automatically and inteligently adjust the motor according to the pipe network conditions.

Magnetic Bearing

  • 1. Using five degrees of freedom magnetic levitation bearing technology, the rotating shaft is stably suspended through controllable electromagnetic attraction. During the rotation process, the rotating shaft has no mechanical contact and mechanical friction, and is highly efficient.

  • 3. It has self-balancing technology that can automatically adjust according to changes in the spindle. it collects and implements signals more than 16,000 times per second to ensure smooth rotation of the rotor.

Three Dimensional Flow Impeller

  • 2. The material is made of aviation·grade aluminum alloy orfitanium alloy, which is integrally milled by a five.axis machin.ing center and then subjected to special surface treatmentto enhance the corrosion resistance of the impeller andreduce wear during long-term high-speed operation.
  • 3. The impeller has undergone 100% radiographic inspection, and has undergone 115% overspeed testing after pro-cessing to ensure safety and reliablity throughout the entirelife cycle.

High Speed Motor

  • 1. Using high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, the motor is small in size, light in weightand high in power density.
  • 2. The motor is directly connected to the impeller, eliminating the need for other transmission structures and completely eliminating transmission losses.
  • 3. Equipped with a seif-power generation system and aprotective bearing system to effectively prevent damage caused by sudden power outages or maifunctions.

Intelligent Frequency Conversion Control System

  • 1. Adopt low-noise, low-vibration, high-performance frequency conversion speed control system with high output frequency to easily drive high-speed motors;
  • 2. Using PLC +GPRS/3G/4G, wireless remote realtime monitoring and adjustment of the blower operating status can be achieved.
